Physiotherapy and Osteopathy are forms of physical therapy which help to restore movement and function to an area of injury.
Our Registered Osteopaths specialise in the the use of manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help the body’s own healing mechanisms.
Our Chartered Physiotherapists specialise in the use of rehabilitation exercises, including Pilates and Yoga, to increase strengh and flexibility and maintain a healthy balance throughout the musculoskeletal system.
Our Osteopaths have completed a four year degree course and are registered with The General Osteopathic Council.
Our Physiotherapists have completed a three year degree course and are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapis
