Shoulder and Upper Limb Pain

Causes include:
Muscle tears and stiffness due to trauma, poor posture or overuse
Frozen Shoulder – inflammation and painful restriction of the shoulder
Tennis Elbow / Golfer’s Elbow and tendoitis – inflammation of the tendon insertions on the bone.
Carpel Tunnel – Compression of the Median nerve in the wrist.
Trapped Nerves – Nerve irritation and compression in the neck, shoulder, arm and wrist.
Repetitive Strain Injuries – a collection of injuries to the soft tissues and nerves caused by overuse or poor posture.
Bursitis – inflammation of the fluid-filled cushion that protects the muscles and tendons from rubbing on the bone
